Conversion Job cancelled by cleanup

One of our customers is having problems with conversion profile that uses pdf/a-2b output format. All jobs lead to error "Job cancelled by cleanup" before the output is written to Output folder.

If output format is changed to pdf/a-1b everything works fine. Do You have any suggestions on what may cause the issue?

Hello,

 

Job cancelled by cleanup, is an error message that only comes when the "core" service is starting up and cleans up the working directory. 

This indicates that the conversion job crashed the core service for some reason. 

What version is your customers Converter Server currently at? 

If possible, please send us the file to support@pixedit.com for testing.
